As if life at Bowman Pointe couldn’t get any better, we now have a new resident app that is going to make it even more awesome. From service requests to amenity reservations, there is so much to be blown away by in the Bowman Pointe app.
We are so excited to show you everything you can now do in the app, but there are seven life-changing features we think you will love the most. Here’s a peek into each one, along with details on how to find them and use them. Prepare to be wowed!
#1: Direct Messages
Say goodbye to texts and emails. We’re going to be sliding into your DMs from now on!
Once you download the Bowman Pointe app, all your messages will go into a centralized inbox just like they do on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Every time we send you a new message about upcoming events, maintenance updates, community news, etc., you will receive a push notification on your phone. Just tap the notification to see your message!
If you have a question for us, you can also open your app and send us a direct message or reply to a message we sent you. We will get a notification on our end and respond back to you as soon as possible.
#2: Package Notifications
With the Bowman Pointe app also comes a new system for logging packages.
Just like with the previous system, we will scan your packages as they are delivered to the front office. The software will associate that package with your account, sending you a push notification saying you have a new package to pick up.
You will then see a running log of your packages on the home screen of the app. It will even send you reminders via push notifications until you pick up your package!
#3: Service Requests
Now, this is huge. The Bowman Pointe app is about to make service requests so simple and easy! Here’s how it works….
First, open the app and tap on the “I want to…” button. From the menu of options that pop up, select Maintenance Request. A form will open, prompting you to leave details on what you need fixed.
The kicker is you can even take a picture of your issue right there in the app and attach it to your request!
Hit “Submit” and your request will go straight to our team. Once the request is complete, you will receive a push notification. Life-changing, right?
#4: Amenity Reservations
With the advent of the Bowman Pointe app, we are so excited to announce there will be no more hand-written reservation calendars. Everything is online!
Now, when you want to reserve the Movie Theater, Conference Room, or Banquet Room, you can do so with a tap of your finger.
To get started, open the app and click on the tile labeled Amenity Reservations. Your amenities will pop up, allowing you to click on each one for more details.
In these details, there is a link to reserve each room. Once you tap on this link, your resident portal will open, prompting you to log in. From there, just tap on the Community tab and create your reservation!
#5: Event Calendar
Historically, we know it has been a little difficult to try and keep up with all the events we have going on at Bowman Pointe. If you didn’t have Facebook or check your emails often, you could miss something.
Not anymore! Prepare to have your mind blown!
Now, all our events are housed in a calendar you can hold in the palm of your hand.
To see it, open the Bowman Pointe app and tap on the tile titled Events & Happenings. You will see list of all the food trucks we have scheduled, plus any upcoming parties, wine tastings, and other community gatherings.
For more details on each event, just tap on the event itself. You can RSVP right then and there, including any guests, and receive event updates through push notifications!
Every Bowman Pointe resident is a VIP and deserves to be treated as such. So, guess what? We are hooking you UP.
If you download the Bowman Pointe app, you will have exclusive access to deals, discounts, and coupons for all kinds of products and services.
To see these deals, just open the app and tap on the shopping basket at the bottom of the screen. Welcome to your Marketplace!
If you see a deal you want to use, just tap on it for directions on how to redeem it.
If it’s a digital offer, there will be a link and a discount code to use. If it’s for a local business, just show that vendor the deal in your app to verify you are a Bowman Pointe resident. Keep checking your Marketplace for new offers, because we will constantly be adding more!
#7: Bulletin Board
One of the greatest things about living at Bowman Pointe is the sense of community. You can move here without knowing a soul and end up making all kinds of friends.
Well, thanks to our new app, communicating with your neighbors is now so insanely easy.
How, you ask? Just use the Bulletin Board!
Open the app and you will see a push pin on the bottom of your screen. Once you tap on it, you can see the posts people are making in the community and make a post yourself.
If you want to start a club, gather people for a movie night, ask for local recommendations, or sell a piece of furniture in your apartment, the Bulletin Board is the perfect place to do it.
Coming Soon: Pet Registrations
Bowman Pointe is a pet-friendly community, so it’s no surprise that so many of you move here and bring a fluffy friend with you.
But, should you decide to get a pet after moving in, you can’t forget to register your pet with the front office. Pretty soon, you can start the process just by tapping a button in the Bowman Pointe app.
You will be able to fill out a registration form—including your pet’s name, birth date, breed, photo, and more—by tapping on the “I want to…” button and selecting Pet Registration.
Once you submit this form, we will receive your information and get the process started for adding that pet to your lease.
We’re working out the kinks with this feature now, so stay tuned to see when it will launch!
