What's Going to Be New in 2022 at Bowman Pointe

We’re just a few days away from celebrating a whole new year and welcoming a whole lot of exciting new additions to our luxury apartment community here at Bowman Pointe. New amenities, new apartments…there is so much to look forward to!
Have no clue what we’re talking about? You’re in luck. We’re here to give you a sneak peek and break down the details of what’s coming in 2022 for you!
New Amenities
Bowman Pointe is already home to incredible amenities, from free fitness facilities and cozy study spaces to a private dog park and Little Rock’s largest pool.
If you’ve been keeping up with the news, you know that construction on the last building in our community is currently underway.
The top three floors are already open (check our availability if you’re ready to move now!), but the bottom floor will be completed in 2022.
That last floor is going to be extra special, as it will be home to a whole new set of amenities as well as a restaurant, shops, and offices.
We aren’t ready just yet to reveal the businesses going into that building (stay tuned for updates!), but we can tell you about the amenities you can expect to see.
Outside, there will be a brand-new private pool in the courtyard with poolside grilling stations and a fire pit. But that’s not all!
Inside, we will have a clubhouse area featuring new spaces for amenities you already know and love here:
- 24-Hour Fitness Center
- Banquet Room
- Conference Room
- Movie Theater
- Poker Lounge
We are also excited to reveal brand-new amenities are coming like a Sports Simulator Lounge and a Bike Storage Room! More information will be released soon…
New Apartments
In our new building, of course you will also find new apartments. This will be the last building we open in our community, so it will be your last chance to lease a brand-new unit and be the first to live there.
With most of the first floor occupied by the commercial spaces and our clubhouse, there will be a limited number of new apartments available, too. Just 16 to be exact!
9 of those units will be in floor plans you already know and recognize, but the other 7 are completely new and unique. We will release more details once they are available, so stay tuned for more news in 2022!
New Apps
If you’re a current resident here, you know we just launched two new platforms to make your living experience easier and even more engaging in 2022. We hope you’re excited to embrace ActiveBuilding and Community Rewards to the fullest!
ActiveBuilding
ActiveBuilding is our new resident portal, which is accessible online through our website or through the ActiveBuilding app.
You can use your ActiveBuilding account to submit service requests, RSVP to events, reserve amenities, and communicate with your neighbors. It’s so handy!
Plus, we have quick links listed inside to helpful resources, including the Community Rewards platform.
Community Rewards
Community Rewards is a completely new rewards program that allows you to earn points that can be converted to cash in the form of gift cards to your favorite retailers.
How do you earn points? You can post in the community photo album, participate in polls, leave a review, refer friends, and so much more to earn anywhere from 500 to 20,000 points at a time. We even use the platform to share local deals and discounts!

New Lease Terms
The last new feature coming to Bowman Pointe in 2022 is a new software solution we are implementing internally to offer our residents variable lease terms and rent options when applying for an apartment or renewing a lease.
That may sound confusing, so we will make it simple for you: With this new feature, we will be able to offer you as short as 3-month leases and as long 15-month leases versus the 12- to 15-month leases we offer now.
Shorter leases will be more expensive, of course, so it will make sense to stay longer if you’re looking for the lowest rent rates possible.
The system will automatically offer you different rates depending on the day you move in, too. So, it will be more affordable to move into an apartment the day it’s coming available instead of pushing your move-in date out later.
With all these varying lease offerings, it also means our rents will vary and change daily depending on the floor plan, move-in date, and lease term you select. If you want to know the latest rates on any given day, you will have to check our availability and act fast if you see something you want to apply for!
