5 Decisions to Make Before You Pick Out an Apartment

Picking out the perfect apartment involves a lot of decision making. Some people make their decision based on apartment size. Others stick to a strict budget. But, if your apartment budget is a little flexible and size doesn’t really matter, how are you ever supposed to decide? 

That’s exactly what we are here to help you with! 

Each floor plan we offer here at Bowman Pointe is unique, offering special features that others may not. 

So, if you find yourself having a hard time selecting between a few different floor plans here at Bowman Pointe, there are some key decisions you can make to narrow in on your must-haves and pick out your apartment.  

#1: Balcony or Patio

Do you love spending time outside watching the sunset or eating al fresco? If so, outdoor living must be important to you. Here, that translates to needing a patio—for apartments on a first floor—or a balcony—for apartments on a second or third floor.

The Jade, Sapphire, and Amber floor plans do not have patios or balconies, so now is the time to nix these options.

#2: Bathtub

Have you seen the beautiful bathrooms in our luxury apartment? Every single one has a glass shower featuring both a rainfall and regular showerhead!

Just because every bathroom has shower, however, does not mean that it also has a bathtub. In fact, only our two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments come with a bathtub in one of the bathrooms. 

For those of you that love taking a bubble bath or bathing your pet in a tub, you need to pick an apartment in our Diamond, Citrine, or Opal floor plan.

#3: Washer & Dryer

When it comes to doing laundry, we have several in-unit options for you here at Bowman Pointe.

Do you already own a washer and dryer? Perfect! You need to pick a Ruby, Diamond, Citrine or Opal, where you will have a laundry room with washer and dryer connections.

Don’t have your own washer and dryer? You can still pick a Ruby, Diamond, Citrine, or Opal and rent a set from us for $50 a month. 

But if a Jade, Sapphire, or Amber is what you prefer, you don’t have to worry about renting or buying a washer and dryer. A stacked washer/dryer unit is included in the apartment already!

#4: Wine Bar

Another fun feature you will find in some of our floor plans is a built-in dry bar with a wine rack, cabinets, drawers, and USB charger. It’s perfect for entertaining or just having some extra storage!

Does this sound like the perfect set-up for your future home? You need to look for a Ruby, Diamond, Citrine, or Opal apartment.

Don’t see yourself using this space? Go for a Jade, Sapphire, or Amber.  

#5: Dining Space

Speaking of entertaining, are you looking forward to hosting dinner parties in your new home? Or, maybe having some extra square footage in your living room for a home office? You need an apartment with ample dining space!

The Ruby and Diamond come with a dining area that could seat four, while the Citrine and Opal could seat six or even eight.

Fun Fact: Even if you don’t pick an apartment with dining space, you will always have an eat-in kitchen in your home here at Bowman Pointe. The Jade and Sapphire have small bars with countertop seating, while the Amber, Ruby, Diamond, Citrine, and Opal have kitchen islands with countertop seating.
