Our App In-Depth: How to Get Great Deals & Discounts

Newsflash: The holiday season is not the only time you can find the best deals and discounts from local and national businesses. As a Bowman Pointe resident, you have access to a marketplace full of perks year-round just by living here!

Where can you find this magical marketplace? It’s inside our resident app. 

We’ve already showed you how easy it is to reserve an amenity, submit a service request, make a bulletin board post, and RSVP to events using our app. And now, we are ready to help you save you some money.

Let’s go! 

Step #1: Download Our App

To access Bowman Pointe Perks, you need to activate your Community Rewards account. Already did that? Skip to Step #2! 

It’s easy to activate your account and utilize the app: just search for Community Rewards in your App Store or Google Play Store.

Once you download the app and enter your information on the registration screen, it will confirm you have a resident account here, send you a login link via email, and allow you to open the app.

PS: You get 2,000 rewards points just for activating your Community Rewards account!

Step #2: Find Nearby Perks

Now that you’re logged in, finding Nearby Perks is simple. Just tap on the tag icon at the bottom of your screen.

Then, you can start scrolling to see the great deals and discounts available from our local and national partners. 

When you see a perk you want to use, tap on it to see more details!

Step #3: Use a Perk

Redeeming a perk can be done in a few different ways, depending on what the business has designated for their unique deal:

• Promo Code: Some businesses offer online deals and supply a promo code you can enter at checkout while shopping online.
• Visit Site: Other businesses will give you access to a deal by sending you directly to their website where you can purchase their product or sign up for their services.
• In-Person: More common with local businesses, visiting a store location in person may be required to redeem a deal. The store associate just needs to know that you are a resident here to give you the discount. When you arrive in person, just tap on the perk and show them your screen.

To find out how to redeem the perk you have selected, just tap the Use Perk! button and follow the instructions.
