How to Keep up with the latest events | Tackling Active Building App

If you are new to the property or have been a long-time resident, switching to our latest app might have been difficult. But don't fear; this new blog is here! This blog will explore how to turn on notifications to find the latest events. 

Let's start with where to find all of our events. The buttons are the same whether you are on your phone or desktop.

1. Login to ActiveBuilding

2. Click Community

3. Click Events

 Then, it'll take you straight to a chronological view of all our events. You can toggle between a 'list view' or 'calendar view.' You can click on each event to learn more, and that is where you can RSVP to any events that require them.

Now that you've learned where to find the latest events let us walk you through how to keep up with them! Turning your notifications on will help keep you updated with the latest events and remind you what events you've RSVP'd to. 

1. Login to ActiveBuilding

2. Click Avatar (Avatar Icon (Person))

3. Click Personal Settings

4. Go to Notification Settings section

• Send me a daily activity digest
• Notify me every time something is posted
• New front desk instructions are entered by residents
• Service Requests submissions & updates
• Access requests by residents
• When an amenity reservation is made or commented on
• Pending Content by residents
• Resident Satisfaction Survey submission by residents

5. Go to Notification Settings section and review each notification method. 

Check Email for each method you would like to receive

Uncheck Email for each method you would like not to receive

6. Click Save Changes

We love putting on events, but they are only fun if YOU show up, so we want to ensure you are continually updated with everything our community is doing. We can't wait to see you at our next event!
