The rumors are true…the last building in our luxury apartment community will open before the end of summer and we can finally tease what’s coming your way!
If you have driven by and seen the construction underway, you have probably already figured out that Phase IV will feature one large, four-story building we’re calling Building #14.
Is there a courtyard? Yes. Does it include a private pool? Yes. Will you have access to an elevator? Yes!
But guess what else? New finishes, new floor plans, and new amenities await you, too…
New Apartment Finishes
Here at Bowman Pointe, we put modern luxury apartment living on the map in Little Rock.
You’ve come to know us and love us for apartment amenities like stainless-steel appliances, built-in wine bars, rainfall showerheads, and so much more.
Well…we are about to outdo ourselves. Can you believe it?!
The apartments in this brand-new building are going to feature a multitude of fresh new finishes, from 10-foot ceilings to futuristic light fixtures.
But a few of our favorite finishes you will notice right off the bat are the Nano Stone counter tops, subway tile backsplashes, marbled bathroom tile, white cabinets, and gray laminate flooring.

Our new Nano Stone countertops are made from recycled glass and stone, which makes them heat-resistant, stain-resistant, and eco-friendly. What a perfect complement to our already energy-efficient apartments!

The kitchen backsplashes will feature a crisp, clean, white subway tile, while the bathrooms will be swathed in a stunning white marbled tile.

The custom cabinetry in our new building is just as luxe as others, but we’re trading out the dark wood stain for a bright white finish.
Some apartments will even feature a few see-through statement cabinets with fogged front window panels!

Yes, the soft brown hardwood laminate flooring you know us for is going gray to accent the plush gray carpeting in every bedroom. You’re going to love it!
