What Floor Plan Would Your Favorite Pop Star Pick?

All the top entertainers in the business have a rider of requirements for every performance they do. Surely, the case would be the same if they were looking to rent an apartment, right?

As you may already know, we have five brand new “hit” floor plans coming your way in Phase IV of our luxury community. So, we decided to imagine which pop stars would love each one the most and why.

Taylor Swift is always sitting on the top of the charts, and she has a laundry list of records and awards to her name that show off how successful she is.

However, in the past few years, she has come to value her privacy and prefer staying out of the spotlight.

One might automatically assume she would want a grandiose apartment here in Little Rock to match the homes she owns in cities like Nashville and New York. But we think she would want a quiet, cozy space where she could work on her writing.

That’s why we picked the Quartz for her!

This studio apartment could literally become her home studio, where she could get away and focus on recording demos for her next album. Plus, since this floor plan offers a private balcony, she could sit outside and take inspiration from the beautiful surroundings we offer with our outdoor amenities.

Aquamarine – 1 Bed, 1 Bath, 680 SF

Lady Gaga’s personality is big, bold, and beautiful. So, she deserves a big, bold, and beautiful apartment.

We think we know which floor plan she would pick here on our property…it’s the Aquamarine!

Now, if you think this one-bedroom apartment would be too small for her, let us explain why it totally makes sense:

• Did you know Lady Gaga’s father owns a well-renowned Italian restaurant in New York City? She’s grown up making homemade pasta with her family, so she would want a kitchen that would allow her to cook and entertain. The 11-foot island, stainless-steel appliances, and custom cabinetry in the Aquamarine’s kitchen would be perfect!
• Lady Gaga always wears the most fabulous costumes, so she would next a sizable closet to store them. The walk-in closet in the Aquamarine offers tons of shelving and hanging space!
• Finally, Lady Gaga’s birthday just so happens to be in March. Aquamarine is the birthstone for those born in March!

Onyx – 1 Bed, 1 Bath, 890 SF

Dua Lipa has made it known that she wants to be remembered as a double threat. She can both sing and dance, which means she needs plenty of space to practice her dance routines in her downtime between tour dates.

But we imagine that with how much she travels internationally, so she would likely want an apartment that could be a quick stopping point between destinations.

In our minds, there is no way she would pick anything other than the Onyx floor plan. This is the largest one-bedroom apartment option in our new building and the living room could easily become her home dance studio. It’s huge!

Also, the title of her latest album is “Future Nostalgia.” There’s nothing more modern and futuristic than the Nano Stone countertops, white subway tile backsplash, and glass shower in this luxury apartment.

Jasper – 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 1155 SF

Did you hear that Ariana Grande just got married? If she won’t be living alone in an apartment here in Little Rock, she will probably need more than one bedroom. Plus, she has an incredible voice that needs plenty of space for optimal acoustics.

That’s why we think she will step foot into the Jasper and never want to leave.

Together, the opulent kitchen and large living room in this floor plan form an open and inviting area that would be perfect for entertaining and serenading guests. The island even has space for six barstools!

If we’re lucky, she might decide to belt out her best hits from the huge balcony in this apartment that overlooks the courtyard. What an amazing venue for a private performance!

Garnet – 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 1410 SF

We’ll keep this one short and sweet: we all know Queen Bey will want (and deserve!) the largest and most luxurious apartment we have to offer in this building. That means she’s going for the Garnet!

Between the two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, we think Beyonce would feel right at home here in her new Beyhive.
