Outdoor Amenities: 9 Ways You Can Enjoy the Sunshine at Bowman Pointe

Spring is here and we are so ready for a healthy dose of Vitamin D! Aren’t you?

We can’t think of a better way to soak up some sunshine than by exploring all the outdoor amenities our luxury apartment community has to offer you.

From our resort-style pool to our peaceful hammock garden, we have so many Instagram-worthy spots you need to experience ASAP! 

#1: Resort-Style Pool

Sitting at the top of this outdoor amenities list is our community’s crowning jewel: a stunning 300,000-gallon swimming pool.

The beachfront entry, waterfall, and palm trees will quickly have you feeling like you just landed at a Las Vegas resort.

The best part? It’s a private pool exclusively available to our residents and their guests. You will feel like a VIP every time you pay the pool a visit!

#2: Dog Park

Your dog deserves a private place to run and play, too. When they need a day of fun in the sun, take them to our dog park!

Inside, you can find a full agility course, rolling hills, fun tunnels, and a water fountain waiting for them to enjoy. Just don’t forget to double-check the dog park rules in our pet policy before you go! 

#3: Putting Green

Your golf game will never go stale when you live at Bowman Pointe. How can it when you have access to a have a five-hole putting green?!

Next time you need to practice your putt, head over to the East Courtyard between Buildings 3, 4, and 5 and start tapping in those birdies. 

#4: Grilling Stations

It’s that time of year when all you want to do on your weekends is grill and chill. Good thing we have grilling stations all over the community!

With grills and picnic tables stationed next to our luxurious pool and inside every courtyard, our community has plenty of spots where you can host your next barbecue. 

Might we suggest you try out a new recipe on the grills this season, too? 

#5: Fire Pits

If you don’t consider yourself a grill master but can roast a mean hot dog over a campfire, you will love spending some time sitting in the sunshine next to one of our gas fire pits.

Just like with our grilling stations, you can find a fire pit next to the pool or inside every courtyard. There are five in total!

#6: Hammocks

Has our outdoor amenities list encouraged a little too much action for you so far? If you literally just want to hang out and enjoy the warmer weather, you should head straight to the hammock garden in our South Courtyard.

There, you will find a variety of single-person and two-person hammocks you can choose from to go relax with a book, listen to a podcast, or take an afternoon nap whenever you like!

#7: Ping Pong 

While hammocking peacefully, you may notice there are a few more outdoor amenities to enjoy in the South Courtyard beyond the fire pit, grills, and picnic tables we have already mentioned. One of them is a custom concrete ping pong table!

Every new resident is issued their very own Bowman Pointe ping pong ball at move in, which you can start serving up in a game of table tennis with one of the paddles contained underneath the ping pong table.

#8: Shuffleboard

Ping pong isn’t the only custom outdoor game we offer. Right across the South Courtyard from our ping pong table, we also have a sweet shuffleboard table!

The tiny soccer ball you need to get your miniature team scoring goals can be also found in the container under the ping pong table.

#9: Bocce Ball

Last, but certainly not least on our list of outdoor amenities, we have two bocce ball courts – one in the East Courtyard and one in the South Courtyard.

When you’re ready to play, bocce balls can be acquired from our office or concierge staff until 10:00 pm any night of the week. 

But, if you’re not into bocce ball, you can also use the outdoor courts to play games like baggo or bucket pong!
