While we don’t often offer move-in discounts or specials, one special offer is a constant here at Bowman Pointe: our Preferred Employers Move-In Discount!

So many local companies and institutions make Little Rock such a great place to live. So, to say “thank you,” we give their employees a little gift in the form of $65 off their first month’s rent.

If you work in industries such as finance, education, or healthcare, your employer could be on our Preferred Employers List! Let’s find out if qualify you for this exclusive move-in discount.

How Does the Move-In Discount Work?

When you apply for a luxury apartment here at Bowman Pointe, you are required to pay a $65 application fee, $150 administrative fee, and $150 security deposit. 

But, for applicants employed by one of our Preferred Employers, your application fee is potentially going back in your pocket.

Once you submit your application, get approved, and move in, that $65 application fee will be applied as credit to your first month’s rent. There’s your move-in discount!

Who Are the Preferred Employers?

Our Preferred Employer Move-In Discount applies to anyone employed by the following entities, organizations, and corporations: 

If your employer is on this list, Congratulations! You qualify for our Preferred Employer Move-In Discount! 

Don’t forget: On your application, make sure to list your employer and your job title. If your employer isn’t on our Preferred Employers List, be honest. We will be asking for employment and income verification to approve your application.

Why Should I Refer My Co-Workers?

Once you move in and earn your rent discount, you should consider sharing your good fortune. This move-in discount is the gift that keeps on giving because you can also earn reward points!

At Bowman Pointe, we offer resident referral bonuses through our Community Rewards program. Any time you refer someone through the program, we can reward you with 750 points. If you referral gets approved and moves in, we can reward you with 20,000 points!*

These points can be redeemed for cash in the form of gift cards to the retailer of your choice, and you can continue to build points as long as you live here.

So, once you move in, feel free to refer as many co-workers as you like! They will get the same Preferred Employer Move-In Discount you did, and you will earn reward points every time they do.

*Please note that for a resident to earn a referral bonus, a referral form must be submitted to our leasing office prior to your referral applying for an apartment. They also need to state your name as a “Current Resident” referral on their application. It cannot be added after the applicant has toured our property and applied on their own. We cannot have record of them prior to your referral for it to qualify.
