What’s Coming for Resident Appreciation Week 2021

Mark your calendar for Resident Appreciation Week! From Monday, September 20, 2021, to Friday, September 24, 2021, we are spoiling you with fun giveaways, special events, and exciting surprises… 

Movie Monday

Do you miss going to the movies? Well, we are bringing the movies to you!

On Monday, September 20, at sunset, we are hosting an outdoor movie night at our resort-style pool. You can kick back, relax, and enjoy yourself because the popcorn, candy, and sodas are on us.

The best part? You also get to pick the movie. 

A poll will be sent out next week allowing you to vote via our resident app, so make sure you have it downloaded. The movie that gets the most votes will become the night’s special feature! 

Turn Up Tuesday

Our Summer Music Series has brought so many awesome musicians here to perform at Turn Up Tuesday. The last event of the series will be during Resident Appreciation Week, so of course, we are making it extra special.

On Tuesday, September 21, our featured artist will be local R&B band SYNRG!

From 6:00 to 9:00 pm, you are invited to enjoy the show on our veranda, order a meal from the Kool’s BBQ food truck, and grab a drink in the Sports Lounge. 

PS: You also get to decide what the event’s cocktail special will be! Look out for a poll notification in our app next week. 

Winning Wednesday

To-Go Thursday

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we intend to treat you with a tasty one on Thursday, September 23. 

From 6:30 to 8:00 am, our staff will be set up at the front gates to pass out free breakfast bags to-go! 

Just roll down your window as you drive by to snag yourself a muffin and some juice.

Now that you’re following us on social media and have your post notifications turned on, you are fully prepared for what’s coming on Friday, September 24. 

We’re doing a Virtual Scavenger Hunt!

Follow our lead on a digitized adventure through our clubhouse with a social media challenge that riddles you like an escape room but feels like a game of “Truth or Dare?” or “Simon Says.” By participating, you enter to win yet another amazing prize!

Look out for your first clue to get posted bright and early on Friday morning.
