Celebrating Resident Appreciation Week at Bowman Pointe

At Bowman Pointe, our residents are at the heart of everything we do. Every year, we look forward to Resident Appreciation Week—a special time dedicated to celebrating our incredible community and saying thank you for making Bowman Pointe such a vibrant place to call home. This year’s Resident Appreciation Week, held from September 22–26, was filled with fun, food, and festivities designed to bring neighbors together and show how much we value each and every one of you.

Monday: Breakfast Kickoff 🍳

We started the week bright and early with a breakfast in the main clubhouse. Fresh coffee, warm pastries, and savory breakfast favorites gave residents the perfect start to their week. It was a great way to mingle with neighbors and kick things off on a high note.

Tuesday: Extended Turn Up 🎶

Our weekly Turn Up Tuesday got an exciting twist! We extended the event until 9 PM, giving everyone more time to enjoy drinks, games, and good company by the pool. This also doubled as our last Sunburn Pool Party of the season, making it a bittersweet but unforgettable night.

Wednesday: Social Media Giveaway 🎁

Midweek, we kept the fun rolling with a special giveaway on our social channels. Residents tuned in to our Facebook and Instagram pages for a chance to win some fantastic prizes. It was our way of saying thanks for staying connected with us online.

Thursday: Bingo Night 🎲

Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition? Residents joined us for a lively Bingo Night in the clubhouse, with plenty of laughs, prizes, and excitement. It was the perfect opportunity to gather indoors and enjoy the community spirit.

Friday: Ice Cream Social 🍦

We wrapped up the week with something sweet—an Ice Cream Social starting at 4 PM. Residents cooled off with delicious ice cream and toppings, while we all celebrated the end of a successful week of fun.
