Five Days of Celebrating Our Bowman Pointe Residents

We have an entire week of events planned, with something different for residents to enjoy each day.

Monday: Breakfast on the Go

We’re starting Resident Appreciation Week with a little Monday morning pick-me-up. Residents can stop by the clubhouse for Breakfast on the Go, featuring donuts, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, juices, milk, Pop-Tarts and more.

It’s a simple way to start a big week—and one more opportunity to connect with the people who call Bowman Pointe home.

Tuesday: Bowman Pointe's 10-Year Anniversary Gala

Tuesday brings the centerpiece of our celebration: an elegant 10-Year Resident Appreciation Gala held poolside.

Residents are encouraged to dress in linen or elevated resort attire for an evening featuring a dessert bar, custom Bowman Pointe cookies, taco and dip bar, professional photography, a signature orange mocktail, entertainment and an anniversary toast from our Community Director.

We’ll also recognize some of the people who help make our Little Rock apartment community so special with awards including Longest Resident, Community Spirit and Most Engaged Resident.

After 10 years, there’s a lot worth celebrating.

Wednesday: Dinner for Two Giveaway

Resident Appreciation Week continues with a special Dinner for Two Giveaway.

Residents are invited to share their favorite Bowman Pointe resident event on our social media giveaway post. One winner will be selected to receive a $150 Sullivan’s gift card for a dinner-for-two experience, with the winner announced on September 16.

It’s also a chance for us to look back at the pool parties, community events, weekly traditions and other moments our residents have enjoyed over the years.

Thursday: Life Is Better With Cake

What does a 10-year anniversary need? Cake, obviously. 🎂

Thursday's Life Is Better With Cake event will feature a mobile cake cart with a variety of flavors, refreshments and time for residents to mingle with their neighbors.

We’re also inviting residents to fill out Sweet Memories cards and share a favorite memory from their time at Bowman Pointe. It’s our way of celebrating not only where we are today, but the memories that helped get us here.

Friday: Bowman Pointe Trivia Night

We’re wrapping up five days of resident appreciation with Bowman Pointe Trivia Night in Building 14.

Refreshments begin at 6 PM, followed by trivia at 6:30 PM featuring questions about the Bowman Pointe community, resident events and our 10-year history. And knowing your Bowman Pointe facts could pay off—$100 gift cards and additional prizes will be up for grabs.
