4 Great Study Spaces in the Bowman Pointe Clubhouse

The school year is on the horizon, which means you’re about to get buried by hours of studying. You need a cozy study space to get it all done, right?

Whether you’re studying solo, swapping notes with friends, or practicing a big presentation, we have the perfect study spot for you right here in our apartment community’s luxurious clubhouse. 

Explore any one of these four options next time you’re working from home, cramming for a test, or getting through mountains of reading before your next class! 

Zen Lounge

If you need a cozy, calm, and quiet space to study, you can find your center and get in the zone in our Zen Lounge.

The space offers two comfortable couches and three desk spaces, plus several reading pods that invite you to sit down and shut out your surroundings. It’s a relaxing atmosphere that will 100% help you focus on your studies.

Not sure where to find it? This room is a hard one to miss, simply being the fact that it is decorated in a deep, ruby red color. 

Look for it on the second floor of the clubhouse across from the Virtual Fitness Studio and next to the Movie Theater.

Conference Room

Are you organizing some group study sessions with your classmates this semester? The Conference Room is the perfect place to meet up!

This room features a conference table that seats up to ten, plus an HDTV where you can display presentations or watch videos. 

The best part? The Conference Room is completely private! You just have to reserve the room ahead of time via your resident portal.

Reading Room

When you really need to buckle down and get a ton of reading done, there’s no better place to go than our Reading Room.

There, you will see a large sectional and two chairs so you can pick a cozy spot and find the perfect lighting to fit your needs. 

It’s easy to find next time you’re searching for a good study space. Just look for it on the first floor of the clubhouse right next to the Conference Room!

Business Center

Between all the classes you’re taking, we bet you will need to print a ton of documents and scan lots of notes to help you study. That’s when you should set up shop in our Business Center!

That’s right – we have an entire room furnished with computers and dedicated to all your printing, faxing, copying, and scanning needs.

Thanks to our PrintWithMe system, all residents can print or copy up to 30 black and white pages and 10 color pages for free each month and take advantage of unlimited scanning. For faxes, or extra prints and copies, you just set up an account and pay a small fee per page.

You are also welcomed to use the computer stations, which are partitioned to give you a sense of solitude while you’re studying.

Considering we are all adjusting to a new normal and working more remotely than ever, you may find these spots to be a welcome change of scenery from studying in your apartment or at your school.
