How Does the Move-In Discount Work?
When you apply for a luxury apartment at Bowman Pointe, standard application fees apply, including a $65 application fee, $150 administrative fee, and $150 security deposit. However, for applicants employed by one of our Preferred Employers, the application fee offers a unique benefit.
Upon approval and move-in, the $65 application fee is applied as a credit to your first month's rent, effectively providing you with a $65 discount—a warm welcome to your new home at Bowman Pointe!
