Deciding where you want to live in Little Rock is a process. Researching and visiting each apartment option can take weeks or even months, if you let it. But when you do take tours and meet the leasing staff at each prospective apartment home, you can (and should) be asking tons of questions. At Bowman Pointe, we often get the same kinds of questions as our potential renters go through the apartment application process. To help save you some time and energy, we compiled the top five here. We hope this helps!

#1: Is the apartment community pet-friendly?

Yes! Pet stations are located throughout the apartment community for your convenience. We also have a dog park that features an agility course. If you would like to have a pet in your home, please know that during the apartment application process you will have to leave at least a $300 non-refundable fee and then pay a $25 monthly pet rent for dogs and cats. Only one pet is allowed per household and the pet must be under 50 pounds.

#2: Is there a fee to use the community amenities?

No! You can enjoy community amenities like the pool, sports lounge, and poker lounge until 10 pm, seven days a week, as much as you want. However, if you would like to reserve the banquet room, there is an hourly fee. The movie theater can be reserved online for free through the resident portal.

#3: Are the apartments energy-efficient?

Yes! The windows are double-paned, the apartments are well-insulated, and the corridors are heated and cooled. The kitchens also feature Energy Star certified appliances.

#4: Do washers and dryers come in all the apartments?

No. The Jade and Sapphire floor plans come with stackable washer and dryer units, but the other apartment plans have full washer and dryer connections. If you do not have your own washer and dryer, you can lease a set from us for $50 a month.

#5: How long does the apartment application process take?

After you submit your apartment application, we begin the process of verifying your income history and rental history. We strive to complete this process in five to seven business days. Generally, the process only takes longer if we do not receive timely responses from properties at which you previously lived. As soon as your application is approved, we will notify you and arrange your move-in date!

  1. I was wondering what utilities were part of the monthly payment and if any 1 bed and 1 bath apartments are available. Also what discounts do you have available for example do you have military or employer discounts?

    1. Hi, Kyle. Our apologies for missing your comment! The utility package includes water, sewer, trash, cable, internet, and pest control. The only utility you would pay for separately would be electricity. We do have a Preferred Employers List, which means that applicants with employers on our list will see their application fee waived. The military is on that list. We will have many 1 BR, 1 BA apartments opening in the spring!
