Each neighborhood in Little Rock has its own personality, history, pros, and cons. Hillcrest is a little bit “hipster.” Downtown is a bit pricier. But, as apartments in West Little Rock, we believe that we have the best location in town. Let us walk you through all the reasons why West Little Rock is the best place to live.
Distance to Work
One of the biggest advantages of our location is a convenient commute to work. From our location in West Little Rock, you can hop on I-430 and I-630 quickly and easily, which connects you to I-40 or I-30 in less than 5 minutes.
If you work downtown, you could be at work in just 20 minutes (30 minutes if there’s a rush-hour traffic jam). Major medical institutions like Baptist Hospital, UAMS, and CHI St. Vincent Hospital are 15 minutes or less away. Most of the companies on our preferred employers list are close by, too, which is why we partner with them.
We are incredibly fortunate in West Little Rock to have so many amazing shopping centers nearby. Apple, J. Crew, Anthropologie, Lululemon, and other retailers have set up shop at The Promenade at Chenal next to some truly excellent restaurants (more on that below). The Outlets of Little Rock is a brand-new outdoor outlet mall featuring stores like Old Navy, Express, Restoration Hardware, Banana Republic, and more.
When those don’t tickle your fancy, there’s more to see at the Pleasant Ridge Shopping Center. Lots of local, upscale boutiques are there alongside Belk and The Fresh Market. If you’re searching for a deal, we have JC Penney at Shackleford Crossings (behind BJ’s Brewhouse and Tacos 4 Life, which are both delicious).
For groceries and other home necessities, you can find everything you need at the West Little Rock locations for Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, At Home, and Home Goods (to name a few!).

Because West Little Rock is still growing, there is much less crowding and noise than what you might experience in other areas. You will always have a good night’s rest here, that’s for sure. Where our apartments stand today was just acres of forest a few years ago!
With this space also comes the opportunity for a lot of outdoor adventures. Parks, hiking, golf courses, walking trails, biking trails, soccer fields…you name it, and there is something to do in West Little Rock. We are in the Natural State, after all!
