Get Ready for Resident Appreciation Week 2019

From Monday, September 23, to Saturday, September 28, there is something going on every single day here at Bowman Pointe. Why? Because it’s Resident Appreciation Week!

To show you how much we love having you here, we stacked the calendar with all kinds of goodies, giveaways, and events. Keep reading to get all the details!

Week-Long Winning

For starters, Monday through Friday, every Bowman Pointe resident has a chance to win a prize. We are giving something away every day!

Monday through Thursday, you don’t even have to do anything to enter to win. We will randomly draw a resident’s name from our roster and give them a surprise gift that goes with the theme of the day.

Then, on Friday, we are giving away not one, but THREE prizes on social media through a fun contest. So, you better make sure you’re following us on Facebook and Instagram!

Movie Monday

If you were living here last year, you may remember that we did Movie Monday with a “Halloween” theme because the event was held in October. But this year, the theme is “New Releases!”

We just added two new movies to our digital library so we can premiere them on Monday, September 23, 2019, right here in our Movie Theater.

The first will be Aladdin at 5:30 pm. The second will be Men In Black International at 8:00 pm. Of course, we will have popcorn, candy, and beverages there for you to enjoy.

Turn Up Tuesday

We “turn up” every Tuesday here at Bowman Pointe for happy hour, but this night is going to be super-charged.

On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, we invite you to say goodbye to summer in epic fashion with our last poolside happy hour from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

We’ll have live music performed by Dominic Delgado, s’mores stations at the fire pits, and pizza available from The Rock Brick Oven Pizza food truck.

Wind Down Wednesday

Once hump day rolls around, you deserve a little break to relax and unwind.

That’s why on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, our friends at Omnis Rehab will be here offering free, five-minute massages.

From 5:00 to 8:00 pm, you can stop by the Banquet Room for a short session with a massage therapist. It’s first come, first serve, so don’t miss out!

To-Go Thursday

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes you’re too busy to enjoy it. Not on this day!

On Thursday, September 26, 2019, you can stop by the grab-and-go breakfast bar set up in the lobby starting at 6:00 am. We will have pastries, fruit, juice, and (of course) Starbucks coffee ready with to-go bags.

Giveaway Friday

The biggest and best giveaway of the week is going down on Friday, September 27, 2019.

We’re going to keep the details a surprise on what the prizes are and what the contest is, so you will have to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out that Friday!

Sizzle Saturday

To cap off Resident Appreciation Week 2019, we must go out in style. What better way to do it than with brunch?

On Saturday, September 28, 2019, the Nach’Yo Nachos food truck will be here with brunch nachos, burritos, and other treats. While they sizzle, we will bubble by serving complimentary mimosas in the Sports Lounge.
